Large Glass Paperweight Circa 1900 We believe this paperweight to be a pre-1900 item. All glass,
with a hand-colored photograph of a geyser inserted inside. Pressed
into the bottom of the weight is "Yellowstone Park Haynes
Photo." This is fairly large and considerably heavy with

National Hotel Photograph Circa 1890 A rare photograph taken of the National Hotel during it's
completion in 1890. The hotel was modified in 1911 and was renamed
as the Mammoth Hotel. In 1936 it was demolished and replaced
by a newer hotel, but keeping the Mammoth name. Image size: 6
1/2" x 8 1/2". The board has some spotting. The image
is in good shape with a minor discoloration on the right side

Yellowstone in Jingletone Circa 1921 A delightful booklet of poems using lots of the vernacular
of the day. Poems focus on life within Yellowstone Park. Written
by Clarence A. Brewer in 1921 and published by the J.E. Haynes
Company, St. Paul, MN. Each page includes black and white photos
of geological formations and wildlife. The frontispiece has a
color photo of a mother bear and her two cubs. An unusual find.

Grand Canyon Photograph Circa 1900 An early, possibly pre-1900 hand-colored photograph of the famous Grand Canyon. Marked with a copyright by the Fred Harvey Company, and in a period frame. Harvey was an entrepreneur who developed the Harvey House lunch rooms, restaurants, souvenir shops, and hotels. He developed the El Tovar Hotel at the Grand Canyon and ran all the concessions within the park. Harvey is also known for pioneering the art of commercial cultural tourism. Image size: 10" x 8".
